Will Benadryl Help Sinus Drainage And Post Nasal Drip Causing Muffled Sound In Ears?

I hear a hollow sound in my both ears when tapping any location on my skull this is occurring after having an very bad sinus drainage with post nasal drip, still going on after 3.5 Weeks. The discharge is now clear as to how it was weeks 1 and 2 first thick green (WK 1) then yellow (wk 2 ) when graduated to getting clear with the consistency of syrup . Currently, no pain in ears of nose or sinus cavity, only in throat and tonsils are swollen and chokes or gags me when i eat. but ,ingesting so much mucus has given me the runs ( Watery Stool) and can’t keep anything nutrients in me for more than 8 -12 hours. I’ve taken Benadryl (OTC) 12 – 24 hour brand for 2 weeks and it only shows down the symptoms of drainage but does not stop it. Wondering if there’s something else going on instead of a sinus infection trying to clearing up. MY ACTIVITES I Have been working on aligning my chakras and have been doing vibratory chants and mantras. Could this have just really loosened junk that was just needed to come out.
