Will Cold And Big Sores On Face Get Spread To Others?

My husband and I just flew home to Maine from Arizona. He has not felt good. The girl that he sat beside was blowing her nose for the entire trip which was a lengthy flight. He just told me that she also had big sores all over her face. Do we need to be concerned.

Noted the history of your husband sitting next to a lady who was blowing her mose all the time and had big sores on her face.
And now that your husband is not feeling well.
It is very well possible that the lady who was sitting in front of your husband in the long flight was suffering from some sort of viral infection and obviously is highly contagious, you should be worried as he has started exhibiting symptoms.
I would advise you to keep an eye on him for the development of fever,rash or any symptoms and get started on symptomatic treatment.
Consult a Doctor for clinical evaluation, investigation and proper treatment.
