Will Coming Over Sibelium Stop The Episode Of Passing Out With Not Being Able To Speak ?

My husband is taking Sibelium and is tired all the time and cannot function at all. He is in bed nearly all day. Maybe up for about 2 hours. He has just had an episode this afternoon again, where he passes out (it mimics a stroke) and then can't speak for a few hours. He has to sleep for a while and suffers from severe migraine then. We would like him to come off Sibelium as it doesn't seem to stop the 'episodes' that he has.

Hi
Thanks for writing to health care magic.
Try to keep in mind - any time we start new medication, it can take up to three months to see a reduction in our Migraine frequency and severity. And at the same time, any potential side effects may decrease. It take a bit of patience when trying new medications.
Sibelium can cause drowsiness and passing off .
You can try other medicines like paramet.
Wishing him great health.
Regards
Dr Arun
