Will Concussion Cause Disturbances In Ear?

I got into a car accident about 10-11 months ago and my head went into the windshield I still am diagnosed with post concussion syndrome and my ears go crazy like some noises make them ring and they're always popping when I swallow also have the feeling of being clogged or full of water, is this do to the concussion should I be concerned?
