Will Cortisone Interfere With Warfarin?

My lady I care for has Parkinson's. She had to start Warfarin for blood clots about six weeks ago.
We still have the
INR checked weekly.
Today she had a cortisone injection for hip pain. S/P replacement 8 years ago. Will the cortisone interfere with the
Warfarin.

Taking cortisone will require dose reduction of warfarin, INR will increase when on cortisone and warfarin.

Please approach your doctor for a dose reduction
