Hi, I am using cyclo- progynova as doctor prescribed it to me , I am trying to conceive but he said that I am in peri-menopause.I am 39 years old, my cycle was once late for about three months, I have been using the medication since five months , doc says that I will have menses as long as I use cyclo progynova (which I can use)for another six months. Maybe you can get pregnant naturally as there is no chance for ivf , I have children. I was not interested for IVF as I never had problem with getting pregnant ,but since two years I have been trying to conceive but unsuccessfully , I had some ovulation checks, the last one was in April 2013 , there was ovulation, but now doctor says that there are small follicles no ovulation, ovaries are silent (I don t understand this ) and estradiol is high . In other words there is no hope for pregnancy , he said maybe you can get pregnant spontaneously in the future . In my case does cyclo progynova prevent pregnancy, or helps me to get pregnant, and is there any therapy for ovulation. Thank you
