Will Doing Laser Treatment Cure Piles?

i have piles, i have allergy so i cannot take anti-biotics except one kind of anti-biotic.
I am looking for laser treatment, do i have to take anti-biotic after laser treatment.
What are my options?

After laser therapy only your piles will subside but what ever you have (antibiotic allergy) it will remain...

So careful while taking antibiotic...

hemorrhoid laser procedure technique was more effective than rubber band ligation in reducing postoperative pain, resolving symptoms, and improving quality of life in patients with grade II or III hemorrhoids with incomplete mucosal prolapse.

So you can go for it...

Infection does not occur after laser hemorrhoid treatment, so antibiotics are never necessary.

We can use just sitz bath for healing....
