Will Eating A Small White Worm Affect Me?

While eating some small half moon cakes....I can across a white worm ...I don't know if I ate any or not....since I am a number of them before noticing it....? I have had diarrhea and stomach problems....but that is usual at times for me...food sensitivities ..Is it okay to eat a small white worm and not affect me?

I really appreciate your concern, if the things is edible then you can eat this and if this not like that and if this cause the disease then it is better to avoid this, but it is the good for health to have the balance diet and staple foods, hope this information helps.
