Will Having Episodes ,fall Under Disability?

Hello, my son is 8weeks old and is on 2 meds which he needs 6times aday, he is in and out off hostipal due to having episodes, I am due to back to work in May but I'm worried as I don't want to leave him incase he has a episode does this full under a disability
