I would suggest you have both vegetarian and non vegetarian foods. combination of meat with vegetables gives you all nutrients required for the body.having alone meat or vegetables will not meet the required nutrients in the body for normal functioning. Avoid mutton, have chicken , fish. Avoid white rice, pasta,white sugar, jaggety, honey, deep fried foods, junk and oily foods. Carbohydrates are required , complete cut down of it leads low blood sugars in the body this will cause giddiness,
lethargy. Combination of carbohydrates,
proteins, healthy fats is required. Get regular physical activities like brisk walking, running, swimming.
