Will It Be Safe To Take MDMA While On ADHD?

My doctor gave me a test trial of ADHD medication for an unrelated reason. Anyway, when i take this medication i sometimes get a tight chest and have to breath really deeply to feel like I am getting a sufficient amount of air. Understanding that both ADHD medication and MDMA are both amphetamines. Will i be sfae to take MDMA?
