Will It Be Safe To Take Tylenol And Ibuprofen For High Fever?

my 11 month old has had a fever ranging from 100-103.5 all day today with the 103.5 happening now at midnight! he is being normal not even fussy! ihave been giving him Tylenol and ibuprofen! he is eating and drinking great! should i worry and take him to the er or is this just teething and just keep an eye on him?

Hi, Thanks for asking. In my opinion you need not worry at present and can keep an eye on him. It will be better to avoid ibuprofen if simple paracetamol works for fever. Also you can do tap water sponging.
Watch for signs of lethargy breathlessness or irritability.
