Will Miscarriage Occur Without Pain And Bleeding?

LoHi Iwent to see a doctor because of opregnancy. I did not know my dates, learned from an ultrasound that Iwas only 5 weeks. The Ob keep telling that my fetus is related for 11 weeks. When recounted the time I m suppose to be 7 weeks now. I went for my 7 weeks ultrasound they could not see the yolk sac. I was not bleeding. Today I noticed a little brownish discharge in my underwear. There s no bleeding. Did told that I miss carried. Need second opinion, there no bleeding and no pain.

Hi,

Miscarriage can happen without pain. It can be a threatened abortion also. Consult a gynecologist and get an ultrasound at the earliest.
