Will One Lose Weight After Undergoing A Gallbladder Surgery?

I'll be 59 in August, 5' 1", present weight 110 lbs lost 10 lbs. Work in Neonatal Intensive care unit. Few years ago I had my gullbladder out, got down to 85 lbs prior to surgery, prior to the surgery, I was weighing 123 lbs and content. So I've recovered some of the weight. Could undergoing surgery have some affect on my bun level?
