Will Retrieval Of Wisdom Tooth Cause Chronic Sinus?

I have a maxillary sinus but last week I removed my wisdome tooth after removing I am feeling chronic sinus ,I have headache one side with on top ,swelling on cheek, yellow patch on my mouth roof which get sore,also earpain and cheek pressure and pain

These symptoms are not related to sinus. These symptoms indicate inflammation following removal of wisdom teeth and require treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.
