HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Apcod contains vitamin d3 so it is a supplement mainly, mcbm 69 contains vitamin b12, duoluton contains the progesterone, levonorgestrel.

Apcod and mcbm 69 would help if there is any deficiency in those particular vitamins but is not likely to have a major impact on the ability to conceive.
Levonorgestrel may potentially reduce the chance for conception.

The reason for the delayed periods should be determined by blood tests and ultrasound.
Blood tests checking for the prolactin hormone, thyroid and also for a condition called , polycystic ovarian syndrome, should be done.

I hope this helps
