Will Signoflam Relieve Me From Lower And Upper Back Pain?

I felt a pain in my lower back about 2 weeks back, since then i have not recovered from that pain. Some time i feel the pain in middle and upper back. Although the pain is not severe but it is very annoying in my daily routine. I used to go to gym and my trainers suggests that it may be due to wrong posture. My family doctor has advised for signoflam, need to know will it work...

90 % pains are of musculoskeletal origin. take signoflam along with a muscle relaxant like myoril and some physiotherapy for fast relief. Nothing to worry at this point of time
