Will Sinus Infection Occur To A 9 Year Old?

My 9 yr old dghtr has a headache and a fever for 3 days. The headache was bad at first but has gotten better however she still has the fever of about 101. Also she seems to be very stuffy. Do little kids get sinus infections? I don t hink that her height and weight are important as she is very average and has no prior medical problems.

Hi, children also gets sinus infection but in that case there would be repeated episodes of headache. I don't think that it is a sinus infection, it looks like common cold. Give paracetamol for fever with cough and cold syrup. I hope this has helped you. Wishing your child good health. Take care.
