Will Smoking Increase The Vaginal Bleeding?

I am 29 years old. I've been taking Seasonique for 3 months now. I've been bleeding for 3 weeks. I occasionally smoke cigarettes. Does smoking increase the blood flow or is it normal to bleed for 3 weeks while taking Seasonique. Im considering taking Lybrel. Will this pill stop my menstrual cycle?
