Will Sperm Be Present After Washing The Area With Soap?

I engaged in manuel sex with my boyfriend and he ejaculated on my hand.... I immediately washed my hands thoroughly with soap and water; and after he left washed them twice again also with rubbing alcohol. Could sperm still live after washing hands with hand soap, plus the alcohol?
