Will Stomach Cramps Lead To Gastritis?

Hello. I have a question. Within the last few hours I noticed my stomach cramping some what leading to some gas. My body has also gone into the achy feeling bit as well as when I urinate it had a real potent fish smell to it. I have also noticed heavier pains in my lower back. Since then I'm laid up on the couch, have taken a few Tylenol, taking on fluids and checked my temp(normal). Any suggestions as to what this might be? This literally started in the last 2 hours. Thank you.

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be due to the urinary tract infection, or the stone in the ureter near the bladder.
The other causes may be the worms in the intestine, colitis, etc.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for confirmation.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, mefenamic acid, dicyclomine hydrochloride, omeprazole, and domperidone.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
