Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Based on Pelvis AP diameter alone , she is candidate for Pyeloplasty.
Final decision can only be taken after Ethyl Chloride Nuclear scan. If the T1/2 is more than 20 minutes in it, she will need pyeloplasty.
Do discuss it with your Pediatric Surgeon for further management.

Do get back to me for further queries

Take Care
