Will Taking Amox Cause Tingling And Numbness On The Left Arm?

I have been taking Amox Tr-K CLV (875-125 mg tablet) twice a day for 4 days for a sinus infection. I also took a small amount of prednisone (20mg twice a day for 2 days but stopped it yesterday morning). I now have bad tinnitus which I never had before. I am also very agitated and restless. My left arm also felt numbness/tingling as if it fell asleep about 3 different times today. I looked up the medications and don t think these are expected side affects (especially based on the amounts taken). Any thoughts on whether my issues are caused by the Amox? Thanks

Hi
The symptoms you describe are not specific side effects of Amox. They point more to a metabolic problem to be investigated.A serum electrolyte test and blood sugar test might help bring out the cause.A trip to your doctor will help here.
Wish you the best.
