Will Taking Calpol Be Safe For Cold ?

my lil girl 10 months has bad cold and the moment runny nose, sneezing everything i was jst wondering what can i do? when i try n give her a bottle she drinks it fine but then heavs and brings it up, is giving her calpol going to get rid of her cold or do i need antibiotics? .

Hi,
Calpol has nothing to do with cold and cough.
This will work in fever and body-ache only.
Give her some decongestant syrup like wikoryl for cold and cough.
If there is no improvement then she might require antibiotic medicine course.
