Will Taking Levolin Inhalation Be Safe For Cold And Cough?

Sir, my twin kids who are premature born are 2.10 old now. Both the kids gets frequent caugh and cold and one kid has the tendency of developing breathlessness at times. Doctors suggested to give levolin inhalation on need base immediately on finding the symptoms of caugh. Is it ok.
