Will Taking Maca Root And Calcium Glucarate Lower My Estrogen?

I’m 36, after my 4th child I gained approximately 60 pounds. I have symptoms like I'm going through menopause. My labs state my estrogen is dominant. I would like to lower my estrogen, raise my progesterone. Would taking Maca Root and Calcium Glucarate along with a healthy diet and exercise help?

Hi
There is nothing like estrogen dominant or progesterone dominant. Which hormone dominates depending on which phase of menstrual the cycle you are going through. It seems you are misinformed about these things. Maca Root is not recommended.

From your history it seems that you are probably having Primary ovarian insufficiency. I would advise you to get done the following test on day 3 of your next menstrual cycle
1. Serum FSH and LH
2. Serum Estradiol

Please share the report and we may be able to show you the right path.
