Will Taking Zzzquil Affect Heart Rate While Having Bradycardia?

I have bradycardia. This is due to having a long history of athletics and being a runner. Average BPM around 50s. Resting has dropped as low as 39 however I ve never wore a monitor during sleep so it may drop even lower. Blood pressure on average is around 105/60. Will taking ZzzQuil affect my heart rate in any way that could be dangerous. I work a lot and never seem to get fully rested anymore due to constant tossing and turning.

You shouldn't worry Zzzquil don't cause bradycardia, don't slow down heart rate, so you can safely take the medication
