Will Taking Adderall And Concerta Together Have Reactions?

i have a friend who took a 20mg adderall, 20mg vyvance, and a 36mg concerta at the same time and he is worried about if something is going to happen to him! He said he has a high tolerance for adderall but he wanted to be more alert for his school studdies. Is it going to be a bad reaction?????
