Will Taking Epileptic Medication Cause White Head And Pain Under The Tongue?

In the last few days under my tongue (which I believe is the sublingual papilla) has been extremely sensitive and is painful, and has a white head. I do not smoke, but I am on a few epileptic medications (taken everyday). Should i be concerned, since it has been a few days?
