Super growth has no serious side effects.
You can go ahead if you want to take it. But I would not recommend it promising increase in height.There isn't much for scientific evidence supporting its effectiveness.The result of using it may not be as expected.
Do stop it if you develop any allergic symptoms or feel easily fatigued or
fever. As it is herbal side effects are less.
As you are 19years and you can increase your height by diet amd exercise.
1. Rich nutrients that includes more calcium, protein, zinc, vit d. (Dairy products, dhal,pumpkin, peanuts, fresh veggies, fruits).
2.joining sports team, and being very active.
3.strecthing exercises from neck, , shoulder , trunk and legs has to be slow and gentle.
4.hanging on a bar just for 5 to 10 secs daily(can be avoided in issue)
5..swimming twice or thrice weekly.
