Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. I will be able to comment better if you can give the name of the medication used to postpone the menstrual cycles. Presuming that you have used a progesterone, I would like to say that usage before 4 weeks of pregnancy is mostly harmless. When hormones are used during the phase of organogenesis, at 6 weeks of gestation, there is a possibility of virilization of the female fetus and abnormal differentiation of the male genitalia. Hope this helps you to decide.
