Will The Cocaine In My System Be Due To Medicines?

I just started taking Chantix and I took a drug test and it said I have a large volumes of cocaine in my system I never use drugs in my life I also started using a nasal spray around the same time I started taking Chantix the medications I ve been take Oxycodone 15 mg vitamin A vitamin D vitamin C vitamin B and an iron pill the antidepressant this not me so and an iron pill the antidepressant this not me so Worries I m not sure what to do about this

It appears that none of the medications you have mentioned is found to contain or generate cocaine in your body.
Chantix contains varenicline and is a smoking cessation medicine, which helps you to stop smoking.
Oxycodone is an opioid pain medication, which is used to treat moderate to severe pain. Oxycodone is extensively metabolized to norOxycodone, oxymorphone and their glucuronides. Oxymorphine might have shown positive when tested for drug.
Other medications you have taken are vitamin and mineral compounds.
Probably you might have taken cocaine by mistake or unknowingly for some other compound by means of inhalation. Otherwise, it is not possible for such a drug to come into your system.
