Will The Left Labia Swelling (after Being Hit ) Go On Its Own After Taking Anti Inflammatory / Icing?

I fell off my bike and hit the left side of my pubic bone (female) on the crossbars of my bicycle. My left labia has is swollen, very painful and I am unable to walk properly. Will the swelling go down? I have been taken anti inflammotories and been icing it regularly. I did this 24 hours ago.

I would recommend that you get X ray of your pelvic bone as some time even a tribal injury at this area can cause fracture. At present what you are doing like icing and pain killers are right but i would advice you to take antibiotics as well because some time blood get accumulated and can leads to infection.Feel free to post your X ray report in this forum.
