Will The Pug Obstruction In Anamoly Scan Be Solved After Baby Birth?
Hi my age is 29yrs ,this is my first pregnancy 32 weeks now ,from the anamoly scan they found out there is PUG Obstruction but its marginally and they are suggesting scan every month almost. they say it will solve d once the baby is born as there is plenty of fluid around
Marginal Pelvi urethral junctuion obstruction is a common finding, and usually resolves after delivery. Only a close follow up to see if it is increasing in size or causing any pressure changes which can affect the kidney needs to be seen. So,we need to follow up with regular scan and after deliver 3 months a scan may be necessary. The paediatrician will guide you on that after delivery. I would like to know the exact size and also if its on one side or both sides.
Hope this helps.
