Hi,

Marginal Pelvi urethral junctuion obstruction is a common finding, and usually resolves after delivery.
Only a close follow up to see if it is increasing in size or causing any pressure changes which can affect the kidney needs to be seen.
So,we need to follow up with regular scan and after deliver 3 months a scan may be necessary.
The paediatrician will guide you on that after delivery.
I would like to know the exact size and also if its on one side or both sides.

Hope this helps.
