hello, i had sex a few days ago and during it my penis began bleeding, i didnt know why but 2 days later when the pain as lesser i found out that my frenulum (banjo string) was torn off, will tis heal on its own or will i need some sort of medication to aid the healing also how long until i can have anything intimate be sexual intercourse or self masturbation...

Having cut or soreness on frenulum will be healed up within few days.
Apply antibiotic cream on the part with averting foreskin gently.
Avoid sex or masturbation for about 8-10 days.
