Hello
It seems from the history that you are having glaucoma and cataract. The vision which is decreased because of cataract will come back after cataract surgery, but the vision which is lost because of glaucoma is irreversible and it will not be back with any kind of treatment. The treatment of glaucoma is mainly to prevent progression and to prevent further loss of vision.
Hence you can regain the vision which is lost by cataract but the vision which is lost by glaucoma cannot be reversed.

Thank you
