Will Untra Sound Scan Detect Stomach Ulser?

hi i am kumar from bangalore,pls let me know can stomach ulcer be detected through scanning,coz when i took scanning, doctors saw the report and told everything is normal,but when i have hot food or spicy food it burns and i have this vomiting sensation always when i get up in the morning,pls advice wat should be done or refer me a good doctor.
