Will Working Out In A Gym Help Reducing Abdominal Obesity?

Hello Sir!! I am planning to join gym.I am 28 years,5.2 height and i think my weight would be 49 or 51kg. My body type is slim but i have gained so much skin in tummy area. which look odd..my wrist of hands is also very thin like a school girl.Sir its my marriage age...so if i join gym for few months and after my marriage if i don't get time for gym or exercise so will it give horrible effects to my body in future ?? I want to be fit......and my body never gains skin easily....so should i go ahead for gym ??

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Exercise, whether you join a gym or do other forms of exercise would be good for you. It would help in general fitness and also improve the tone of your abdomen and other parts of your body.

At least 150 minutes of exercise is normally recommended daily.

Both strength training and aerobic exercise would be important.

I hope this helps
