Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and i think you should not ignore it because this pain can become worse. So I would suggest you following.
1.Meet a physio and start intermittent cervical traction exercises.
2. Tablet pregabalin M is also helpful.
3.Avoid using very high pillow.
4. Do not keep your neck in same position for long time.
5. If it is still not getting better than get an MRI.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
