Wore High Heels For Long Hours, Pain, Numbness On Foot

Hi there, last night I went out with my friends down town I had been wearing a pair of heeled boots all night for aprox 5 hours, baring in mind this is the first and longest amount of time I have worn this kind of heeled shoe, once back home I took them off my big toe and two toes next to it are very numb on each foot, they tingle when I touch them, I don t have any feeling at all really and I am getting abit concerned now, it has been almost 24 hours since I took these shoes off and numbness is still there. I have tried to circulate by massaging my toes and feet and they still feel the same is there anything I could do to get the circulation back into my toes have I done some damage should I go and see a doctor?

Hi, both your big toes and and adjoining 2 toes became numb after wearing Very high heals. it continued after removing and up to 24 hours there after. it appears that some thing has happened, like swelling of the tissues of the foot due to stretch.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, ofloxacin, and antiinflamatories.
