Worked Under Direct Sunlight. Having Burns And Frequent Dizzy Spells. Suggestions

Hi.
I was working last weekend for 8 hrs in total over last weekend in direct sunlight and did burn a little. Since then i've been getting frequent dizzy spells that wont go away. Ive been drinking plenty of fluids, mostly squash and de-caf tea and been resting the rest of the time but still cant get rid of these dizzy spells. Any advice?

hi there, your symptoms suggest that you may be suffering from heat exhausion or worst heat stroke. You need to record your body temperature and if it is more than 102 then you need to visit the ER. Otherwise it would be wise to stay indoors in a well ventilated and cool room.
Try taking cool baths like cooling in the bath tub and drink plenty of fluids expecially with electrolytes added to them or you can take commertialy available electrol drinks. Do take plenty of rest and avoid going in the su n for the next week or so.Avoid any kind of strenous work or exercise and get plenty of rest.
