helo, i want know about smoking.... which one will effect more, the smoking or passive smoking ....? iam a non-smoker. sir pls reply me.....becoz in my office we are 4 people.....The all people are chain smokers without me, they all are smoking inside the office........in my office have no airwhole and windows......even i reach my Home my dress and my all body smell and feel the smoke..........sir pls help me... pls reply as soon as possible.....

Dear rabbacm Hello I am Dr Sharma Smoking is for sure injurious to health. Here the issue is not of active of passive smoking. As you are a non smoker you are most vulnerable to any kind of smoke and you can avoid it. For those you are smoking they are themself putting their health and life at risk. I think they need good counselling and told about the health risks involved. If you feel you cant change them you can change your room if possible and if not--- look out for a new job.
