Workouts Of Single Leg Hamstring Curls. Thighs Became Numb. Calf And Inner Hamstring Fine.

I did a heavy leg workout this afternoon. My heaviest leg workout yet, as I was maxing. I finished maxing on leg press, and did a super set of single leg extensions and single leg hamstring curls, also with heavy weight, four sets of each. After that, was looking at my quads and touched my left quad, to find the outer quadrant of the thigh to be numb. I'm not too worried about it, and it will probably be gone my morning. But I have never experienced this, and am curious if I should be concerned. Its only the outer quadrant. Hamstring, calf and inner quad is fine.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
If you are doing it under the supervision of professional person then you should not be worried, if not then I would advise you to have professional attention, it could be helpful for you, sometime uneven posture or movement can cause great harm for to avoid this the coach has to be there, have nice day.
