Hi,
Having height 4ft 8 inches at this age is quite fine.
Height will be increased up to 20 years so nothing to worry.
give her high protein diet containing pulses, cereals, puddings, cheese, panier, butter, ghee etc.
Ask her to do exercise like rope jumping, long, high jumps, cycling, swimming and running.
Ok and take care.
