Would Having Cerelac Cause Passing Of Hard Stool?

my baby is 6 months old now.im giving cerelac wheat from 5th month.my baby is suffering from tight motion.while passing stool baby is crying little and pushing so hard i am also giving apple or carrot (boiled and crushed)in the evening.please give food schedule to my baby.i am also doing mixed feeding to my baby.and which cerelac is best for my baby?please answer.thank you in advance.

constipation or diarrhea in many cases .
* Suggestions for your toddler

- Avoid any type of cerelac at present
- Breast feeding of mother is perfect at 6 months
- In addition give all green vegetables juice , rice water , coconut water
lemon juice , boiled water , butter milk which will boost up hydration
level along with digestive power of the intestines .
- Regular 30 minutes burping after feeding .
- Addition of digestive enzymes also help .
