Would Prostate Massage Aid In Focal Atypical High Grade?
My husband has recently been diagnosed with focal atypical high grade PIN, he is 56 in good health. Had a PSA that was 6.1 another that was 4.3 also had transrectal biopsy 12 samples. Will have another PSA, DRE and biopsy in August. Would prostate massage help his situation.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. He has prostatic intra epithelial neoplasia with some atypia. Prostate massage will not help in this condition. It is pre malignant. So he need close follow up.
