Would The Body Not Be Able To Absorb Vitamins And Minerals Here?

I had 2 twisted intestine surgeries-removed ascending colon and top part going across, secum and part of small intestine. Is it possible now that my body is not able to absorb vitamins, minerals and healthy foods I'm eating? I have had 3 neck surgeries where the bones involved are not healing and I wonder if this is a reason why. I take 3,ooo IU's of vitamin D and eat a diet rich in calcium.I rarely eat meat but I do eat some salmon and chicken, and take fiber daily. I'm 59 , weigh 125, 4 ft 5 1/2 in, am relatively healthy besides this-take daily meds for migraines, have IBS(constipation) scoliosis so I walk for exercise, and have fibromyalgia which is under control.
