Would You Suggest For The Consultation With The Internist For The Itching In The Anus And Little Egg Like Materials Found On The Tissue?

I probably have hemmoroids[sp]--I use preparationH for itching---recently I've noticed that while cleaning my anus gently;there are little egg-like materials on the cleaning tissue--I've discussed with my wife that they may be intestinal parasites--they don't move or nothing--I do not feel bad or feel discomfort--accept when itching--which may be a symptom…any suggestions besides making an appointment with a Doctor---would you suggest an internist??

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You may not have to see an internist. Your general physician would be able to help you.

A stool sample would be needed to send to a lab for analysis. There are effective medications available that can treat you based on your results.

Your family may want to be assessed as well.

I hope this helps
