Wrestler, Throbbing Pain In Right Knee, Swelling, Sensitive To Touch. What Could Be This?

I am a wrestler. I have throbbing pain in my right knee. I can not stand up(all the blood rushes to the knee and makes it hurt worse) and I can not put any weight on it. The pain is less when the knee is completely straight. It is incredibly painful to bend it.
The area around the knee has begun to swell. The knee now hurts all the time (without weight or bending it).
The pain is primarily located (with you looking straight at it) just below , to the left, and to the upper right of the kneecap. These areas are extremely sensitive to touch
What is wrong with me??

Hello,
Thanks for writing in.
From what you have said, it looks more like you are suffering from bursitis.
This is inflammation of the sac like spaces that are found around the knee joint.
Please take consultation from an orthopedic surgeon.
Do not do any strenous physical activity till then.
Hope this helps.
