Wrist Bit By Cat. Cleansed The Wound And Bandaged It. Numbness In The Thumb. What Should I Do?

Our cat bit my wrist a few hours ago. the wound did not bleed. I have three or four puncture marks. Cleaned the wound, put antibiotic gel and a bandage on it. I have iced it twice but I have some numbness on the inside of my thumb, inside of my pointer finger and on the top of my hand. The cat hasn't had shots for probably 5 years or more. What should I do?
